SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY
At Ava's Collection, we want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. For added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout.
WHAT IS COVERED
When Shipping Insurance is added to your order, your package is protected against:
Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed lost in transit or never arrives, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with items damaged during transit, we will replace the affected item(s) free of charge.
HOW IT WORKS

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Shipping Insurance does not cover:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, or taken by a third party.

Delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
